Centrally located in Grove, OK, ConsTruc™ is a family-run business. Christian values, quality over quantity, and staying on the leading edge of innovation are the driving forces behind every piece of equipment they create. James Diver is a Civil Engineer with a passion for concrete dating back to 1997. Renee Diver is a master marketer and mom. Together they have successfully launched multiple business endeavors in the cellular concrete industry. James and Renee have three daughters and hope someday they will continue on the legacy of their collective entrepreneurial spirits. Until then they abide by the motto that you have to, “Risk It To Get The Biscuit,” and put everything they have into each and every day.

James Diver
James Diver is the Founder and Lead Engineer of ConsTruc™ Industries, LLC and CellFill, LLC. These Oklahoma-based
companies are one of the nations leading innovators of cellular concrete manufacturing and production. James is an Oklahoma State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He has over 24 years of experience working with cellular concrete technologies, including in-depth academic research and testing on the properties of lightweight cellular concrete. He is a proud husband to Renee and father to three future leaders, Alice, Lyla, and Evelyn.
Cody Angel
Cody Angel, Director of Manufacturing, has been a member of the ConsTruc™ Team for over 10 years. His immense knowledge of mechanics and welding, and his years of in-field cellular concrete experience are critical in his design and assembly of ConsTruc™ rigs. He is a team leader who oversees every facet of each piece of ConsTruc™ equipment produced. Cody and his beautiful wife Sophia have two rambunctious boys, Hudson and Lucas.
Bryan Bateman
Bryan Bateman is ConsTruc™’s Lead Design Engineer. Bryan graduated in 2016 from Oklahoma State University with his Mechanical Engineering Degree. His experience in Aerospace and Quality Engineering gives Bryan a unique perspective on his designs. Well thought out, researched, and planned, Bryan’s 3D Modeling in SolidWorks is second to none. Bryan is happily married to his wife Ashley and a proud dad to his son, Anders.
Zachary Young
Zachary Young is the longest-running employee of ConsTruc™. He knows the ins and outs of each machine from his 10 plus years in the cellular concrete industry. As Director of Procurement, Zach is tasked with ensuring every part on a ConsTruc™ rig is of the highest quality and that these parts will fit
and interact seamlessly. He is also the most knowledgeable field operator and problem solver on the ConsTruc™ Team. Zach resides in Grove with his best girl, pitbull, Paegan.
